Carson Wentz :: Player Page
NEWS: In Week 6 on Thursday Night, Corey Clement rushed for 43 yards and 1TD and added 3 receptions for 26 yards. Wendell Smallwood rushed for 51 yards. Zach Ertz pulled in 7 receptions for 43 yards and 1TD, while Alshon Jeffery pulled in 8 receptions for 74 yards and 2TDs; Carson Wentz tossed for 278 yards and 3TDs in the game. On the Giants’ side of the ball, Odell Beckham disappointed with just 6 receptions for 44 yards; Saquon Barkley was the only bright spot for the Giants, rushing for 130 yards and a touchdown (with 9 receptions for 99 yards).
Smitty’s Take: What a beast Barkley was… as we wrote back in January, before the NFL Draft, this guy is going to make a strong case for the 1.01 in all 2019 fantasy football drafts. Jeffery was awesome in this contest, and makes for a fine WR2 moving forward (if he can stay healthy). Wentz was efficient as expected, and look for him to be this polished moving forward… the guy is a top 2-4 fantasy QB for the future, and maybe down the stretch here in 2018. Corey Clement had an exciting night, and let’s hope the Eagles unleash him moving forward, because he will respond!

|6.03||Carson Wentz||QB||PHI||What a steal. The guy is my #2 QB for the future, and still floating around the 2-4 range for redraft. He and Watson are the future. It's nice to see him undervalued heading into 2018 drafts!|
