    If the "we found 18 masseuses who say Deshaun didn't do anything wrong during their encounters" defense is genuinely the best his defense attorney can do, he's in trouble. Who the hell visits this many masseuses?

    This is a great question. He does travel a lot so this might not be too damaging in terms of volume. If a large number are in Houston that is harder to explain. He has been in Houston awhile, why does he have so many? Most people go the same masseuse after trail and error. I am sure a masseuse with a VIP client would clear the books at the drop of a dime.

    Nothing slips by you @swampies lol. As far as the actual question goes, there are several league members who have come out and supported Watson in saying its very common to have many (not his actions with them). You'd have to think this type of behavior would eventually catch up to him.

    Make that 2 now. Both appeared at the press conference. With a few of the QB needy teams that have made a move for their future QB, I sense that other teams are projecting extensive discipline for Watson.

    It would be amazing if only of these plaintiffs just wanted justices and was not seeking money than I would believe them more personally.
    (I'm not a expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!)

    Nike has suspended its endorsement deal with Deshaun Watson amid the sexual assault and inappropriate behavior allegations made against the Houston Texans quarterback, the company told CNBC on Wednesday.

    "We are deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and have suspended Deshaun Watson. We will continue to closely monitor the situation," Nike said in a statement to the television network.

    You know you're in doo doo when Nike bails on you.

    I believe his Lawyer has made a statement. Would not expect to see Watson in uniform next season.

    Harris County (Texas) judge has ordered attorney Tony Buzbee to refile a sexual assault case against the Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson with the name of the accuser made public, according to various reports. Watson's lawyer, Rusty Hardin, filed a motion Thursday to strike the complaint filed by one of his 22 accusers, with a requirement that the case be refiled in her real name.

    “Salacious allegations about our client (from Tony Buzbee),” Hardin told Judge Dedra Davis, via the Houston Chronicle. “Our client needs to know who our accusers are. We've counted up 25 Facebook posts, Instagram 14 times, and have released private emails.”

    Hardin released a statement along with the eight-page filing.


    “We have said this before and we want to say it again,” Hardin said, via ProFootballTalk. “Deshaun did not force, coerce or intimidate anyone to do anything against their will. When we asked Mr. Buzbee to identify his clients weeks ago, he refused and told us to file a motion. Today we filed that motion. As discussed in our filing, Mr. Buzbee’s use of anonymous lawsuits violates Texas law and the basic concept of fairness.

    "It is clear that, for Mr. Buzbee, this case has never been about seeking justice in a courtroom, but destroying Deshaun’s reputation to enhance his own public profile and enrich himself. While I understand that anonymity often is used as a shield for victims, Mr. Buzbee is using it as a sword. While shielding his clients from public scrutiny, Mr. Buzbee continues to use their anonymous allegations to destroy Mr. Watson. This is simply not right. And we look forward to resolving these matters in court.”
