I know it's very early, but with the #7 or #8 pick, who would you take out of these options?

Waddle WR
Pitts TE

Based on? My roster need would be the ultimate factor. Talent wise it Lawrence. Waddle would be my next choice.

Don’t overthink it. I own #6 in a 16 teamer and if Lawrence is available, he’s mine. My team is stacked though. Pitts would be my other consideration if Lawrence is gone

I pick 1.08 as well. I have no need for QB, but a big need at TE, so I'm considering Pitts. Needs aside, strictly talent, I think hype is getting carried away on Smith and Waddle is being undervalued. Getting him at 8th would be quite the haul talent wise.

    Waddle
    Pitts
    Lawrence
    TBD between Marshall/Bateman
    10-team, non-PPR, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 FLEX, 1 TE.
2021 keepers: QB Patrick Mahomes, RB Christian McCaffrey, RB Dalvin Cook, RB AJ Dillon, WR AJ Brown, WR Courtland Sutton, WR Diontae Johnson, WR Laviska Shenault, WR Henry Ruggs

Good stuff here. I'm pretty stacked at QB as you can see in my signature.

Two of your QBs are practicality droppable. If this was a two QB league then definitely you choose Lawrence. But he prolly won't be there at the 7th or 8th in a 2 QB league. so Waddle for me, then maybe Pitts

So I guess the question is, in a 1-qb league, dropping Ben/Smith, would it be smart to pick up Lawrence? Watson SHOULD be a stud, but he could hold out, could go to a bad situation. Same for Stafford, I assume he's going to do well. I like to have three starting QBs, for depth and injuries, which is why I picked up Ben (the #14 QB in our league last year). Alex I had room for, and thought Ben might retire.

Hate to break it to ya, but Watson currently is in a bad situation in Houston. It can only get better.

Well that's good news then, yeah? He was still the #5 QB in my leagues last year so...

Yeah, for sure, but luckily my WR are really good to make up for that. My TE are weak, so Pitts appeals. Right now I only know the top two rbs really, so if I get to know the other RBs better that may be somebody I target there.

Stole this from Mel Kiper the other day, his top 10 RBs in this class as of now. It's Kiper, so take it with a grain of salt, but I plan on watching more highlights of these RBs soon.

    Running backs

    1. Najee Harris, Alabama
    2. Travis Etienne, Clemson
    3. Javonte Williams, North Carolina
    4. Trey Sermon, Ohio State
    5. Demetric Felton, UCLA
    6. Michael Carter, North Carolina
    7. Kenneth Gainwell, Memphis
    8. Jermar Jefferson, Oregon State
    9. Chuba Hubbard, Oklahoma State
    10. Javian Hawkins, Louisville

I do like Sermon quite a bit but probably not at #7. UGH. Williams is getting hype, that could be my guy. Chuba in the 2nd? IDK

Pitts is a target, but, I think that Kmet and Trautman will develop so no urgency for you to take a TE. Chuba Hubbard or Javonte Williams might fall to you. I would like them at that draft spot

Kmet and Trautman would be tradable piece. The upside for Pitts is too great
