You starting Keean Allen tonight?

Are you trusting him tonight?

In week 1 of my 2 week championship, would you trust Allen with his injury tonight on a short week. Sounds like he is a game-time decision at the moment.

My current starting lineup with Allen would be (.5 ppr)

QB: Mahomes
RB: Kamara
RB: Ekeler
WR: Metcalf
WR: AJ Brown
Flex: Allen
TE: Hock

I could swap Allen for Hunt in the flex as I think he would be my best option off the bench as my others would be Chark, Ahmed (if he plays), or Patrick.

While i do trust him. You have very good options. Also playing Hunt its a bad thing either. Win/win either way

  • I guess I am. I hope I don't regret this...
  • It's hard not to start Allen if he is playing. Obvious concern he could be on limited snap count or something.

If gambling man go with K. Allen
If want to play it safe go with another option.
Winning Fantasy Football Championships is easier without pants on.
  • I'm benching him for Dionte and playing him over Christian Kirk / Lat Murray.
  • ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (back) are active for Week 15 against the Raiders but will be on a "rep count."

I started him ugh. The only good thing is since it's a 2 week championship I got next week to help make up for it
  • I didn't play Herbert out of fears regarding Allen and Williams... Herbert didn't seem to care

  • Yep. Just as I thought... I regretted it. It looked like Allen was only concerned about getting his 100th catch of the season and was shut down. It's also difficult to advise others about this because you really don't know what teams and coaches are thinking until after the fact. I had Woods and m. Thomas on my bench to substitute. But the way Allen has played this season he was hard to bench. That and it was a Thursday game. Yeah, I rolled the die and came up with snake eyes.
