Anyone else here this? Wondering if there is any truth to it......

This is false. hydroxychloroquine for example is just a pill and atm still 100% cure rate in early testing. Good advice on spreading virus in their though. But I wouldn't trust anything China says atm. They still blaimimg United States on this virus and kicking out all our journalist from their country. China has been telling lots of lies since virus came out to their people and the world.

A man near Tucson died from taking hydroxychloroquine in order to prevent Coronavirus. Not the pill, just the chemical. I guess it is very effective.

My sister is a registered nurse at the Montreal General Hospital, she's been asked to work 12 hour shifts for over a month. She's kept herself quarantined from her 3 kids and husband since the beginning of March. Yesterday she was assigned covid-19 patients in the ICU. Several NYC nurses have come down with the virus and hospitals are now running out of surgical masks. Needless to say, she's terrified.

@wtcm my thoughts and prayers for your sister and family.

Crazy to think this is almost like a rebut we’re going through. Like God is thinning out the weak so the strong will survive as we evolve as a human race.

Found out today that if I were to catch the virus my union just add additional 2 week sick leave on top of my 7 day sick leave. Nice to know they got our backs just in case.

If you are not mega dosing on Vitamin C and taking vitamin D3, please look into it.

There is no scientific research supporting the claim that taking high doses of vitamin C could help prevent or cure COVID-19. My brother in law is also a nurse at Northeast Georgia Medical and this information about vitamin c is false.

If there was any truth to Vitamin C helping our Government wouldn't keep this information from us.

While vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an essential nutrient, it's possible to have too much of it.

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that supports normal growth and development and helps your body absorb iron. Because your body doesn't produce or store vitamin C, it's important to include vitamin C in your diet. For most people, an orange or a cup of strawberries, chopped red pepper, or broccoli provides enough vitamin C for the day.

For adults, the recommended daily amount for vitamin C is 65 to 90 milligrams (mg) a day, and the upper limit is 2,000 mg a day. Although too much dietary vitamin C is unlikely to be harmful, megadoses of vitamin C supplements might cause:

    Diarrhea
    Nausea
    Vomiting
    Heartburn
    Abdominal cramps
    Headache
    Insomnia

There is plenty of research showing vitamin C supporting the immune system. And you really think our government would provide information that big pharma doesn't profit from???

Do what you want. Investigate if you want or don't. It's cheap and has no side affects.

    ABSTRACT

The use of doses of tens of thousands of milligrams of vitamin C per day may be the most unacknowledged successful research in medicine. High doses were advocated almost immediately after ascorbic acid was isolated. Notable early medical pioneers of high-dose vitamin C therapy are Claus Washington Jungeblut (1898-1976); William J. McCormick (1880-1968); and Frederick R. Klenner (1907-1984). More recently, important work has been published by Hugh D. Riordan (1932-2005) and Robert F. Cathcart III (1932 – 2007). Jungeblut first published on ascorbate as prevention and treatment for polio, in 1935. Also in 1935, Jungeblut showed that vitamin C inactivated diphtheria toxin. By 1937, Jungeblut demonstrated that ascorbate inactivated tetanus toxin. Between 1943 and 1947, Klenner, a specialist in diseases of the chest, cured 41 cases of viral pneumonia with vitamin C. By 1946, McCormick showed how vitamin C prevents and also cures kidney stones; by 1957, how it fights cardiovascular disease. Beginning in the 1960s, Robert F. Cathcart, M.D. used large doses of vitamin C to treat pneumonia, hepatitis, and eventually AIDS. For more three decades, beginning in 1975, Hugh D. Riordan, M.D. and his team have successfully used large doses of intravenous vitamin C against cancer. The medical literature has virtually ignored nearly 75 years of physician reports and laboratory and clinical studies on successful high-dose ascorbate therapy.

Here's some real information. I'm out on this topic.

Why are we having this conversation in two topics? This says nothing about the Coronavirus or anything about NO SIDE EFFECTS that you claim. It's been proven their can be side effects of mega dosing vitamin c. Its facts my man!!!!
