ATL RB Situation

Between Devonta Freeman, Ito Smith & Brian Hill - what are your thoughts? Will someone take the reins? Will they be worth a roster spot?

I like Freeman but he needs tons of receiving work in this pass first offense, so at 4th round value, sometimes he’s there sometimes he’s not...I like him a lot. As a third drafted player, he has more risk but is still decent.

Your asking if I like a 26 year old rb who has 37 tds in basically four years on a high powered offense that is gonna lose its #2 rb.... Oh.... And they are strapped for cash with a handful of bigger players in team waiting for payday...yes please

Yeah the only thing stopping Devonta is his own health. The backfield should be his to lead in carries.

I am done with the Devonta Freeman experience... dude can't stay healthy.

I packaged Freeman and McCoy to get the 1.01 to draft Zeke as a rookie. Could not be happier!

When was this? 2 or 3 years ago? Quite the risk back then.

It waa Zeke's rookie year... 2016?

Ya... it was a calculated risk. BUT, I did have Bell, DJ, AP and Lynch on my roster. I also got McFadden as a throw in. I figured Shady was close to done and Did not trust Freeman.

Interestingly, The trads put the other team in the Super Bowl which he lost to me.

Whatever... I still took a big risk, but, I believed in Zeke. Also, AP was on IR for most of the year and I was mistaken about having Lynch

I could see them targeting a RB in the draft.

That's why it's always so hard to trade - people instantly get personally attached to the players they own.
