    Chris Hubbard T, Cleveland Browns
Browns placed RT Chris Hubbard on the reserve/COVID list.

Hubbard was the player who tested positive earlier in the week, which inevitably forced Cleveland to shut down its facilities. The organization has since re-opened its facilities as the team is still expected to host the Texans on Sunday. The league hasn't postponed or moved a game for weeks despite the country's and NFL's high rate of positive tests in that span, and that head-down approach is expected to continue between these two teams.

    Ben Roethlisberger QB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Steelers activated QB Ben Roethlisberger from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Roethlisberger will start Sunday's game with the Bengals. The Steelers cleared him to participate in Saturday's walkthrough after missing practice all week. Roethlisberger playing was expected but this upgrades the Steelers offense. Pittsburgh also activated OL Jerald Hawkins, RB Jaylen Samuels and LB Vince Williams from the COVID list.

Jaydon Mickens WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Bucs placed WR Jaydon Mickens on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Mickens was buried on the receiver depth chart with Antonio Brown reinstated, but this is a downgrade to Tampa's special teams, with Mickens averaging 24.1 yards on kick returns. The Bucs also placed practice squad WR Cyril Grayson on the COVID-19 list.

    Dante Fowler LB, Atlanta Falcons
Falcons placed Dante Fowler on the reserve/COVID list.

Fowler was most recently inactive with a hamstring injury for Atlanta's win over the Broncos. He's totaled 17 combined tackles, six quarterback hits and two sacks in eight games this year. It's still possible he clears the league-mandated protocol and travels with the team to New Orleans for Week 11 on November 22.

Kyle Van Noy LB, Miami Dolphins
Dolphins activated LB Kyle Van Noy from the reserve/COVID list.

Van Noy was placed on the team's COVID list only 48 hours ago but will be removed in time to suit up for Sunday's game against the Chargers. He has notably played the most snaps among all of Miami's linebackers this year, grading at Pro Football Focus as the Dolphins' second-best player at that position. Antonio Callaway was also promoted to the active roster ahead of Week 10.

    Josh Norman DB, Buffalo Bills
Bills placed CB Josh Norman on the reserve/COVID list.

Norman tested positive while CB Levi Wallace, TE Tyler Kroft and S Dean Marlowe were all identified as close contacts. None will travel to Arizona for Week 10 against the Cardinals. With fewer available bodies, the Bills also elected to promote LB Darron Lee, CB Daryl Worley, WR Jake Kumerow, S Josh Thomas, and CB Dane Jackson from the practice squad. Norman, who was already battling a hamstring injury, should be considered week-to-week moving forward.

    Andy Dalton QB, Dallas Cowboys
Andy Dalton was activated from the reserve/COVID list.

Coach Mike McCarthy said the coaching staff will take Dalton's status "day by day," but anyone who has watched Dallas' offense over the last month knows that isn't true; Dalton practiced in full and is expected to start in Week 11 against the Vikings if only to give the Cowboys a glimmer of hope. Dallas' offense has averaged 10.2 points since Dak Prescott initially went down but Dalton still offers league-average play under center. The Vikings have also permitted the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.

    Andy Janovich RB, Cleveland Browns
Browns placed FB Andy Janovich on the reserve/COVID list.

The Browns went back into intensive protocol on Monday following Janovich's positive test. It's notable because both Baker Mayfield and G Chris Hubbard went on/were removed from the same list just days before Sunday's win over the Texans. Janovich can still suit up for Week 11 if he tests negative for five consecutive days leading into Sunday.

Joe Judge HC, New York Giants
A Giants player tested positive for COVID-19 and two staffers were deemed high risk close contacts.

The Giants didn't release the name of the player, and it's not clear if the player was in Sunday's game against the Eagles. We usually find that out when a team makes a corresponding roster move. "The player was immediately self-isolated, and the contact tracing process was initiated," the team said in a statement. "Two close contacts, both staff members, were identified and were informed to remain home today." The Giants are on bye this week.

    Laquon Treadwell WR, Atlanta Falcons
Falcons placed WR Laquon Treadwell on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

The team didn't say whether Treadwell tested positive for the virus. He may have been a close contact of someone in the organization who tested positive in recent days. The team implemented the league's intensive COVID-19 protocols after DE Dante Fowler was placed on the COVID list.

Graham Gano K, New York Giants
Giants placed K Graham Gano on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Fresh off signing a three year, $14 million extension, Gano will self isolate through the team's Week 11 bye. Two close contacts identified are Giants staff members and were told to stay home Tuesday. The Giants might have to sign a kicker off the street for their Week 12 game against the Bengals. Gano has made 21 of 22 field goal tries this season.

Ron Rivera HC, Washington Football Team
A Washington Football Team player tested positive for COVID-19.

The players' close contacts have been told to immediately self isolate. The team will conduct all meetings virtually this week after it entered the league's intensive COVID protocol. Washington's facility will only be open to staff, with "limited access granted to players," according to a team statement. The Football Team takes on the Bengals in Week 11.

    Roger Goodell COM, NFL
The NFL has had 52 positive coronavirus tests over the past seven days, including 17 amongst players and 35 amongst personnel.

There has been a persistent increase amongst players, with this week's count up from 15 the week before and eight the week before that. The league is doing all it can to keep a lid on its positive cases, but it is going to grow more and more difficult as the pandemic continues to explode in every state. To date, the NFL has done an exemplary in-season job.

Clelin Ferrell DL, Las Vegas Raiders
Raiders placed DE Clelin Ferrell on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

He will be joined there by slot DB Lamarcus Joyner. The Raiders seem to send several players to the COVID list every week. It is unknown if Ferrell and Joyner are positive themselves or close contacts of someone who is. Ferrell and Joyner will not be eligible to play in Week 11 if they themselves are positive. Controversial 2019 first-rounder Ferrell is having a decent year along the Raiders' defensive line, though he has yet to notch a sack.

Clelin Ferrell DL, Las Vegas Raiders
Raiders DE Clelin Ferrell (reserve/COVID-19) is expected to miss Week 11 against the Chiefs.

The Raiders will be down at lest one defensive starter after Ferrell tested positive. Lamarcus Joyner is a high-risk contact of Ferrell and could also be held out this week.

    Jack Conklin T, Cleveland Browns
Browns placed RT Jack Conklin on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Conklin is a high-risk close contact to a non-staff member who tested positive. There's hope he can play this week if he passes through protocols. The Browns also added LS Charley Hughlett and K Cody Parkey to the COVID-19 list.

Javon Kinlaw DT, San Francisco 49ers
49ers placed DL Javon Kinlaw on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Kinlaw is a high-risk contact of Arik Armstead, who was placed on the list earlier this week. This comes at a good time with San Francisco on its bye. Kinlaw has 10 days to get cleared for Week 12.

Johnathan Abram DB, Las Vegas Raiders
Raiders placed S Johnathan Abram on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

It's the second time Abram has been placed on the COVID-19 list. He's one of seven defensive players that are high-risk contacts of Clelin Ferrell, who tested positive, but there's a chance all could be available for Week 11. The Raiders also placed DE Arden Key, DT Johnathan Hankins, DT Maliek Collins, DB Isaiah Johnson, and DT Kendal Vickers in COVID protocols.

Vikings placed FB C.J. Ham on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Ham has placed 37 percent of the team's offensive snaps this year primarily as a blocker for Dalvin Cook. While Ham's absence could impact the Vikings' running game, Cook drafters shouldn't fret too much.

Eric Fisher T, Kansas City Chiefs
Chiefs activated LT Eric Fisher and RT Mitchell Schwartz from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

They were close contacts of COVID-positive OT Martinas Rankin. Evidently, both have passed enough tests to return to team activities. It is a major bullet dodged for the defending Super Bowl champions ahead of Sunday's game with the COVID-ravaged Raiders.

49ers placed LB Joe Walker on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

    Myles Garrett DL, Cleveland Browns
Browns placed DE Myles Garrett on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Garrett has been away from the team this week while feeling sick. Garrett popped a positive test on Friday and is now out for Week 11 against the Eagles. It greatly upgrades the matchup for Carson Wentz and even Miles Sanders. Garrett has been a wrecking ball this season.

Giants placed WR Dante Pettis on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

OT Matt Peart and TE Kaden Smith join Pettis on the list after the three tested positive this week, joining K Graham Gano from earlier in the week. The Giants are on their bye. If truly positive, it puts Pettis, Smith, and Peart in danger of missing Week 12.

    Denico Autry DL, Indianapolis Colts
Colts placed Denico Autry on the reserve/COVID list.

He won't play against the Packers in Week 11. Autry has been a formidable presence in the front-seven of late, collecting four sacks across Indianapolis' last three games. Kemoko Turay, set to make his season debut on Sunday, will likely be thrust immediately in the Colts' trenches.

Brandon Aiyuk WR, San Francisco 49ers
49ers placed Brandon Aiyuk on the reserve/COVID list.

San Francisco's outbreak continues as Kendrick Bourne, Trent Williams, and Aiyuk have now reverted to the team's COVID list twice in the past two weeks. Reserve TE Daniel Helm was also moved to the COVID list, joining Arik Armstead, Hroniss Grasu, Javon Kinlaw, and Joe Walker (along with Aiyuk and Williams) at this time. It's still possible for all to test negative for five consecutive days and return in time for the 49ers' divisional showdown against the Rams in Week 12.

Theo Riddick RB, Las Vegas Raiders
Raiders placed RB Theo Riddick to the COVID-19 list.

The Raiders have been placing players on the COVID-19 list more than just about every team in the league. Riddick will need multiple days of negative testing to be activated. Devontae Booker has filled in as Josh Jacobs' passing-game sidekick.
