WORRIED ABOUT THE GAME IN FOGGY TOWN

Trying to get back to 1st place. I am tied in the W/L column but way behind (50ish) in point scored

Which two WRs? Michael Thomas at JAX / Godwin vs CAR in London / Nuk vs. at KC? Also could play Chark vs. NO at home. Currently I have Thomas and Godwin starting

Which two RBs? Dalvin at home vs. Philly / Kamara at JAX / Zeke at NYJ? Currently sitting Zeke because Prescott is the worst thing to ever happen to him.

Jameis specifically said that he needs to get Evans going. My guess is big Mike goes for over 100 and 2TDs. I'd lean towards Nuk and Chark. But its difficult going against MT13.

    Cooks and Zeke for me.

That being said Winston isn't a very accurate QB, which is why Godwin's short mid range passes have connected. Evans is more the deep guy.

    Kamara and Elliott

    @Whos_Ur_Doggie

I know... don't sit your studs.

Except, I sat Kamara last week for Cook and was handsomely rewarded for that decision. Cook is becoming compelling. Plus, this is NO-PPR so playing Kamara doesn't net me any FAKE points.

Thus far, Cook has outscored Zeke in each week and same for Kamara except week 3. Still feel the same Doggie?

My concern with Cook is that Philly has a solid run defense. Right now, the #1 run defense.

That's bc their secondary is so banged up you just throw on them. Also look at who the Eagles have played. Redskins(lost Guice that gane), Falcons(horrible rushing with o line), Lions, Packers(Adams had Carreer day receiving), Jets (backup qb)

I'd also be more concerned except that Cook can get his points through the air as well.

    Thanks fellas

I know that I have to ultimately go with my gut, except it's churning at the moment.

LOL Was hoping for a consensus of opinion so that when (or if) I chose differently I could just kick myself or stomp around in a fountain yelling "Stupid stupid stupid" ala Jerry Van Dyke when he appeared on the Drew Cary show

Still "statistically" the top run defense up to this point.

Not arguing that. Was just pointing out not starting a player bc numbers currently say Eagles are #1 rush defense without looking deeper might not be the correct decision. I expect Cook to have a good game at home vs Eagles

BUT, I never said "don't start Cook". I chose the two RB's I preferred more based on the OP. I later added that Cook was facing the defense that "statistically" was #1 against the run as just something to think about. I still prefer Elloitt and Kamara over Cook this week.

I never said you didnt say start Cook. I was never trying to argue with you. I was just commenting about how I dont feel Eagles rush defense is the best in the NFL. Even if numbers say it is currently. (Teams they faced and Eagles injuries to secondary)

    Fair enough.. semantics.

“It is likely, however, that Kamara isn't dealing with anything too serious since he was not ruled out for Sunday's game. The team will have to downgrade him if he does not make the trip to Jacksonville on Saturday. Otherwise his status could be a game-day decision.”

Keep an eye on his availability and I’d take a closer look at other options in meantime.
