Week 10 Adds

fantasy football rankings, predictions, mock drafts, draft tools

As Week 10 of the 2018 fantasy football season approaches, the list of solid fantasy football free agents gets smaller and smaller. Let’s dig into the players most likely available in most all fantasy football leagues.

Note: Make sure previous week players aren’t still available. Those players include: Ryan Fitzpatrick, DeSean Jackson, Tyrell Williams and Courtland Sutton.

Week 10Adds

Marquez Valdes-Scantling (GB/WR)

He was a big recommend heading into this contest, on both our newswire and Add Drop Article. Valdes-Scantling isn’t a one-week wonder here, folks… His last four contests were: 7/68/1TD, 3/103/0TDs, 2/45/1TD and 3/101/0TDs. That’s a patter, folks, and he has the trust of Aaron Rodgers. There is no reason this guy should still be on waivers, but he is. Grab him, because he is a WR3 lock moving forward.

Cordarrelle Patterson (NE/WR/RB)

Cordarrelle Patterson rushed the football 11 times for 61 yards and a touchdown in the Patriots’ Week 9 win over the Packers. He also pulled in one pass for seven yards. This could either big a huge development and opportunity for Patterson, or he could be irrelevant in 1-2 weeks. It could go either way. He looked good running the football. Don’t get me wrong, he didn’t look super natural rushing the ball, he clearly looks like a wide receiver convert, but it works. That New England offense makes it work. He was quite effective and his speed makes him tough to contain… If given the touches, he will most likely continue to produce. Plus, I imagine he gains RB status here shortly in many league management systems. Grab him if available.

Mike Davis (SEA/RB)

Mike Davis rushed 15 times for 62 yards in the Seahawks’ Week 9 loss to the Chargers. He also added seven receptions for 45 yards. Chris Carson left Week 9 with a thigh injury, and entered the game very questionable. It’s safe to say that Davis has some upside moving forward.

Duke Johnson (CLE/RB)

Nick Chubb will get his, so don’t worry if you’re a Chubb owner. But, it’s important to recognize the talent here, and Duke Johnson has always had the talent. He will get some rushes, sure, but Chubb will run the show between the tackles… Duke will be the back that gets the 5+ receptions… at least he should be used that way. Will Cleveland use him that way for the rest of the year? That’s tough to say, but his Week 10 was awesome (9/78/2TDs, with 1 rush for 8 yards), and the numbers make him a top 1-5 add this week.

Gat picked up Patterson. He will most likely not get many carries with Sony Michel back.
