Stock Market: Week 5

Alvin Kamara a good sell-high, or hold? :: KAMARA

(10/6/17) Derrick Henry It’s easy to want to sell-high on a long-shot player that rises to relevance. And, while I will honestly sell-high on anyone if I’m building a better team, make sure you don’t sell even close to fair market value on Kamara… sell high or don’t sell, as he is too exciting in PPR formats. Even in non-PPR formats, he’s scoring solid points for being in a timeshare. I honestly think New Orleans is equally capable of giving him starter touches soon, or continuing to use a timeshare all year. I’m hoping they lean toward giving Kamara both rushes and receptions equally, as the guy would be a high-end RB2 in PPR. Coming off a bye, let’s hope the Saints decide to lean on one rusher more for consistency, and if they do, it’s gonna be Kamara.

HOLD. HOLD. HOLD.

Marlon Mack still a good stash? MACK

(10/6/17) Marlon Mack has been hurt for a couple weeks, and Turbin is still technically the back-up in Indy right now. That said, Mack still has grips of dynasty value, so check waivers to see if impatient owners dropped him… also, though, he has redraft value in deep leagues. It’s hard to roster him in medium size leagues, I get it, but keep an eye on him. In deep redraft leagues, though, he’s worth a grab and stash still. I hope he gets a chance to eventually get starter touches in Indy this year, as I think this kid has exciting RB-type value if he ever gets the nod.

BUY. BUY. BUY.

Why does this say written 10/6/17 when it was posted 10/8/17?

Huh? It’s dated the 6th because they were posted on the 6th. I tagged the stock market category as an article now so that it’s now on the homepage feed if that’s what you mean.

Ok, thanks for the explanation! I just usually check the homepage feed to see what new things were posted, and hadn’t noticed it.

Thanks for all that you do. I’ve thought for years now that you’re one of the best fantasy minds at being forward thinking!

Thanks, pal. Check the homepage now from now on. I just change the Stock Market and all content to go through as a blog post now, so ANYTHING written (meaning not rankings and not tools) will be on the homepage list of articles. Everything!
