Smitty’s Take: Who is the back-up to handcuff to LeVeon Bell heading into 2018? This is a tough question to answer this early, as the team seems to love both James Conner and Jaylen Samuels. Conner has the between-the-tackles advantage, whereas Samuels has some big skills in the receiving department. I think both would be used if Bell ever missed time, and as tough as it is to roster three runners from one team, I’m sorry to say the only safe back-up play here is to own all three. It’s worth the investment/hold if you have Bell. Samuels is a dynasty sleeper all on his own, folks.
