These 2016 fantasy football IDP Sleepers article was written by Iceman. You can check out his IDP Rankings as well. Enjoy, IDPers!
Note: How players positions are listed/scored may vary by provider, particularly edge rushers and hybrid LB/S; be mindful of that when setting rankings for your specific leagues.
Deion Jones LB, ATL
An under the radar LB Sleeper U should be aware of is rookie Deion Jones, Atlanta Falcons. He is being drafted in the mid 40’s to low 60’s in rookie drafts. 100 combined tackles and Butkus award nominee as an OLB for LSU who runs a 4.4, 40 at 6’1” 222lbs, Jones is already listed as the MLB for Dan Quinn’s 4-3 defense, it is his job to lose. On the small side you say to play MLB? No MLB play in college? Dan Quinn has done this before when he was DC for Seattle. Drafted an OLB from Utah, 6’0” 235 who ran a 4.45 40 and moved to MLB, that guy is Bobby Wagner. Don’t sleep on this guy, his ADP will go up as the word gets out, presently he is a steal.
Brandon Graham DE, PHI
A personal favorite of mine since he came into the league. Graham has all the skills to be a 4-3 DE pass rushing stud. Because of early injury and scheme change he has not had the opportunity to flourish at his natural position. Jim Schwartz and his Wide 9 scheme is about to change all that. Although currently #3 on the depth chart, he will be on a rotation at the very least if he does not end up winning a starting job outright. In Big Play leagues even a rotational role very easily could lead to double digit sacks for Graham.
Denzel Perryman LB, SD
Perryman was inserted into the starting lineup as a rookie week 10 and made the most of it. During that time he led the league in tackles per snap, 51 tackles and 2 sacks in 7 games. He is currently being drafted as the 25th to 30th LB off the board, for player who could see 90-100 tackles in 2016 that is steal territory.
