Help me not go overboard for Parker

So I owned Antonio Brown the year before he went nuts and I owner Parker last year and had to drop him. I really don't want to own a guy a year too early again, and I could have drafted him in the 3rd but drafted Brandon Marshall instead and I'm regretting it now. What would a fair offer be for Parker?

Players id be willing to deal:

Marshall, Djax, Curtis Samuel, OJ Howard, Eifert, Julius Thomas, Woodhead, Palmer

All picks for next year except I swapped firsts with the guy who won bc I told him I was gonna kick his *ss this year.

Just give me some ideas as far as baselines for fair offers for Parker so that I don't go overboard trying to get him.

Here's his team

Starters (bench)
Carr, Dalton (Simien)
Elliot, Gurley (Ingram, Dixon)
Hopkins, Landry, DT, Watkins, John Brown (Parker, Ross, Lockett, Conley)
Kelse (ASJ)

Looks like he doesn't "need" to trade with you. Parker is his back up to Landry. Unfortunately, you may have to overpay him to get Parker.

I don't see a trade happening here without you overly paying big time. You've shown him you really really like Parker, and now the value just shot up. And the worst part is, he's stacked.

The majority of WR entering the league have a bad first amd second year. The majority of WRs in the NFL end up amounting to nothing by the end of their career. So if you apply your logic of not wanting to miss out on a stud, the majority of the time you will wind up wasting your time on nobodies.

his team might look loaded but if I am him I'd feel weak at TE depth...DO Not Trade OJ Howard for Parker...I'd start with Thomas, then go Eifert straight up (and I am pretty high on ASJ this year, but would not want to count on him or the Jets in crunch time)

    QB Cousins

RB Ajayi, Coleman, Henry, Mack, Foreman

WR Hopkins, Cooper, Bryant, Benjamin, Golladay

    TE Henry, Engram

    DST Texans, Jags

Since your not starting Marshall and JT or Eiftert if you have to start somewhere. Or, Marshall alone.

You all won't be laughing when legalization finally hits the NFL. Or maybe you'll be giggling uncontrollably. Whatever. Better pain killers than opioids.
